All quotes provided by Home Renew Craft are valid for 30 days from the date of issue. A signed contract and deposit (typically 30%) is required to secure your project start date.
Any changes to the original scope of work ("change orders") must be documented in writing and may affect the final price and timeline. Additional work outside the original contract will be billed separately.
Standard payment schedule for renovation projects:
We accept credit cards, bank transfers, certified checks, and wire transfers. Late payments may incur a 1.5% monthly interest charge. All prices are in US dollars and exclude applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
Home Renew Craft provides the following warranties on completed work:
Warranties cover defects in workmanship only and do not include normal wear and tear, damage caused by misuse, natural disasters, or modifications made by third parties after project completion. Material warranties are provided by manufacturers and are passed through to the client.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Home Renew Craft shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from our services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
We are not responsible for pre-existing structural issues, hazardous materials (asbestos, lead paint, mold) discovered during renovation, or damages caused by acts of nature.
Clients may cancel their project within 7 days of contract signing for a full refund of the deposit. After this period:
Home Renew Craft reserves the right to cancel or reschedule projects due to force majeure events, with full refund of deposits.
All design concepts, drawings, 3D renderings, and specifications created by Home Renew Craft remain our intellectual property until full payment is received. Upon final payment, clients receive a perpetual, non-exclusive license to use the designs for their specific property only.
All website content, logos, and branding are proprietary to Home Renew Craft and may not be reproduced without written permission.
Our services are provided "as is." While we exercise the highest professional standards, we make no warranties beyond those explicitly stated in these terms. Testimonials on our website reflect individual client experiences and do not guarantee similar results.
